ORDER STATUS
You may log into your account anytime, 24/7 to check the status of your order. Just click the "my account" button that is at the top of every page. We will also send you an automated email when the status of your order changes + we will provide you with the tracking number for your item so that you can track the shipment of your package.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Stanton James loves its International customers and ships to every continent, except Africa for only $15 per order! International customers will also receive an email letting them know their order has shipped as well as a confirmation number. Because United States carriers cannot track packages once they leave the U.S. this confirmation number will only show that your package was shipped and that it was delivered (the day-to-day progress of your package will not be updated).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Stanton James offers a generous 30-day exchange / return policy for online + in-store purchases. Online customers wishing to exchange their item may do so easily + will not be charged additional shipping fees.
Items must be in new, unworn and undamaged condition with all tags attached and must be received within 30 days of purchase. Shoe purchases must be returned in their original box. All sale items marked down 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Online customers, please remember to insure your package as Stanton James is not responsible for lost or unreceived return merchandise. A "Exchange & Return Instruction Form" is included with online orders so please be sure to include this form + complete all necessary areas and don't worry, no prior approval is needed for returns and it does not matter whether you purchased your items online or in-store - you may return + exchange at our store or by mail.

REFUND INFO
Stanton James processes online + in-store returns right when they are received. Online customers will receive an automatic email notification from us confirming your item has arrived + has been processed. The time it takes for you to see your refund depends on your own banks processing times, banks advise us that this can take up to 30 days. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as original payment.
