Draped high waisted skirt that extends from high waist to mid-calf. Has a thick shirred waistband with shirring at waistline seam. Fabric has a draped effect coming from side seams, allowing the skirt to be fitted on sides, yet draped in front and back. Lining hangs out at bottom giving the skirt dimension and has a slit on back bodice hem. Shown and available in Black.
